Hellickson On
After the 2 hour 11 minute rain delay, Jeremy Hellickson is on the mound for the Rays picking up where Wade Davis left off.
This calm of this kid is amazing; he never seems to get too excited about anything. I’ll be surprised if he doesn’t do well in this outing.

Three in a Row for Johnson
Funny to see Dan Johnson hit a home run in the early innings, but he just hit his sixth home run of the season on an 0-2 pitch from Angels starter Dan Haren — in the second inning.
Johnson has now hit home runs in three consecutive at-bats dating back to his heroic performance Wednesday night against the Yankees.

Crawford Keeps it Going
Carl Crawford’s steal of third in the first inning gave him 35 consecutive stolen bases against Boston since he was last caught on Sept. 21, 2005, when Tim Wakefield caught him leaning.
Jason Varitek was the last Red Sox catcher to get him — May 20, 2004; this is the longest streak against a single opponent since Vince Coleman swiped 57 straight vs. the Mets from 1985-1990.
