Anderson and Ruggiano Designated
In order to make room for Manny Ramirez and Johnny Damon on the 40-man roster, the Rays had to make space.
Tuesday the Rays cleared that space by designating for assignment outfielders Justin Ruggiano and Leslie Anderson.
